Struggling with top-of-funnel pipeline? Read this.

Every CRO I talk to right now is struggling to build top-of-funnel pipeline.

Is it the economy? Tariffs? Policy changes? AI? Probably a mix of all of the above.

But here’s the thing: the “why” matters less than what you actually do about it.

And as a Microsoft partner, three strategies will always help you create new pipeline:

1/ Talk to Microsoft reps - Ask what they’re seeing in the field, what their clients are asking them about, and where they’re getting traction. When you shape your offers around the challenges they’re already talking about, you make it easier for them to bring you into conversations.

2/ Do tailored, deep outreach - Automated prospecting tools like Dripify? Waste of money. The real difference-maker is specificity. I recently researched a $650M ed-tech company and crafted a tailored approach for their CIO. She told me she only took my call because of how specific and thoughtful my outreach was. That one conversation opened up AI and data opportunities, because specificity builds trust.

3/ Follow through, every time If you say you’ll follow up on a certain day, do it. If you promise a Microsoft rep something, deliver it. If you commit to an event, show up. It sounds simple, but most people don’t do this. Following through consistently builds trust and trust turns into pipeline.

Most partners are struggling with top-of-funnel right now.

But if you do these 3 things consistently, I guarantee you’ll stand out.
