Happy Sunday-

I’m writing this email from the baseball fields during my 3rd son’s tourney (remind me again why I chose to be here at 7:15am on a Sunday morning after losing an hour of sleep due to the time change?!)

Anyway - while these parents yell at their kids bc of their own personal failure in life, I wanted to share an exciting development - through the 5-6 months of helping clients build out their cosell motion with Microsoft - I’ve learned that the hardest part is staying consistent with outreach to reps you want to talk to.

So I iterated on a solution with ChatGPT and developed a Power Automate solution that sends my clients 1 email a day with a targeted MSFT rep (AE, ATS, SSP).

The email includes a sample message they can customize, the rep’s title and 2 buttons.

One button automatically opens a Teams message with the rep’s email already plugged in.

The other button marks the outreach as complete.

Cool thing too is that I have the rep list prioritized so that my clients are targeting the highest priority reps from the get-go.

As a result, one of my clients has already met with 5 MSFT reps, gotten a client intro and now has $70k worth of SOWs on the table with that client.
