Over the past few months, I've been crafting newsletters for a web development client. They have an email list of 400+ individuals, all past or present clients for whom they've built websites. Many of these projects were one-time deals, leaving untapped potential. Interestingly, this agency also offers managed services, such as website maintenance—a lucrative, low-effort endeavor. Yet, they hadn't realized the revenue potential in reaching out to their existing clients, which is what I'm helping them out with now. The lesson?
