No more PPTs — let’s co-sell with Microsoft the right way

Afternoon!

I think I’ve unlocked a new level to help Echelix grow — and help my clients co-sell with Microsoft in a way that actually works.

It comes down to two things:

1/ Legit packaged offers
Key word: legit.
Nobody wants a shiny flyer with an offer you know can’t be delivered without months of upskilling and enablement. Been there. Not doing that.

Instead: simple, real offers with outcomes, services, dependencies, pricing, and next steps.

Easy to deliver, easy for Microsoft to understand, and easy for clients to say yes to.

2/ Showing > telling
PPTs are fine, but imagine this: pulling up a working demo or clickable prototype on your phone.

That lands a lot harder.

With genAI, it’s never been easier to spin up something real that proves we can deliver.

Clients are tired of just talking about possibilities. So am I. Let’s actually get stuff done.

Quick business update:

  • 2 proposals are out
  • 1 looks like it’ll close at $3,800/mo + rev share upside (helping them build pipeline programmatically with Microsoft)
  • Meeting with 2 CROs Monday for intros + discovery

I’ve been getting sharper at explaining how I can help, and roleplaying with ChatGPT has been clutch for handling the tough questions.

One last tip for you: engage with your ideal clients on LinkedIn, send a connection request, and after doing your homework, drop a short video DM. My response rate has been way higher with this approach.

Try it — it works.

If you’re ready to workshop your co-sell offer so it’s something Microsoft (and clients) will actually lean into, let’s talk.
