I offered to help him out using an hourly rate to achieve the solve the problems in the screenshot below.
I also included a column that outlined the value he would receive from solving these problems.
The process for this sales cycle so far has been:
- post about a topic I'm interested in (email list growth and marketing using ConvertKit)
- receive inbound lead from busy solopreneur on said topic
- formulate 10+ questions to isolate the challenges
- set up 45m call to get introduced and discuss
- construct simple scope list to solve those challenges
I'm expecting go/no-go feedback next week.
Feel positive about this one.
This particular solopreneur is close to $100k annual recurring revenue and wants to scale 5X.
With my assistance, we will increase membership sales and exponentially grow his email list.
